Refund & Returns Policy
Layla and Day Skin will accept all requests for refunds or replacements provided the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with the seal intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the packaging is damaged or the product has been opened or used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@layladayskin.com.au. Returns must be sent to the following address: Suite 160, 78 Gawler Place, Adelaide, SA 5000. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Please note that the refund will not include the outward shipping fee, and a restocking fee of 10 AUD will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to take photos of the defects or damages to send through with your message.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For the quickest service, first ensure the item you wish to exchange meets our return policy and then contact us. Once the exchange is accepted, return the original item. After your return is processed, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
