Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 5 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Please note that our processing times are separate from the shipping times quoted at checkout and do not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive another notification when your order is on its way.

Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping is available for $10.
- Express Shipping is available for $15.
- We offer Free Express Shipping for Orders Over $90 within Australia.
- For international orders, a flat rate delivery fee of $40 AUD is charged, and additional duty and tax implications may apply. The estimated delivery time for international shipping is 5–14 business days.
Purchase Agreement
By purchasing from our store, you agree to inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly for any order discrepancies. If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 4 days as confirmed by the tracking number. It's essential to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address; our responsibility for the shipment ends once it's en route. If a parcel is returned to us, we will cover the cost of re-shipping.
Shipping Details
All orders are dispatched from Australia, ensuring prompt and reliable delivery both within the country and internationally. The international shipping rate is a flat fee of $30 AUD, and additional duty and tax implications may apply. The typical delivery times are 1-3 business days for Express Shipping and 1-10 business days for Standard Shipping within Australia after dispatch. These timeframes are guidelines, and more accurate estimates can be obtained from the Australia Post website. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and another upon dispatch, including a tracking number.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that some shipping carriers have restrictions regarding deliveries to P.O. Boxes. Due to these restrictions, we highly recommend checking with the selected carrier or consulting our customer service team for more detailed information before placing an order with a P.O. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
