Thank you for shopping with us. We understand that you are eager to receive your order, which is why we are committed to processing and shipping your products promptly. Below, you'll find all the necessary information regarding our shipping policies.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that our processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout and do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Potential Delays

We aim to meet these timelines on all orders, however, please be aware that delays can occur due to high volume of orders, postal service problems, or other factors outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Express Rate Shipping: We offer a $15 flat rate shipping to Domestic Orders only.
  • Free Shipping Threshold: Enjoy free shipping for orders over $99.

Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $60  within a 10 km radius from Runcorn, Brisbane. Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday to Sunday. We will notify you via text message at the phone number you provided on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to New Zealand. Please note that we currently do not ship to any other countries.

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Here’s the available option:

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches New Zealand. Layla & Day Skin is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please be aware that some shipping carriers have restrictions regarding deliveries to P.O. Boxes. Because of these restrictions, we highly recommend checking with the selected carrier or consulting with our customer service team for more detailed information before placing your order with a P.O. Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this number to check the status of your delivery. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has shipped.

If you have not received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@layladayskin.com.au with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. For detailed information on our return policy, please visit our return policy page.

In the event your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at  support@layladayskin.com.au  with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will strive for a satisfactory resolution.
